The Hideout, Lake Ariel Pa
The Hideout is a gated recreational community located in the North East area of the Poconos in the town of Lake Ariel Pa. With a great location just a few minutes off of I-84, the Hideout is an easy commute to our neighboring states. Only about a two and a half hour ride from New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
This 5 star recreational community offers everything you would look for in an amenity rich community. The Hideout has 3 lakes, the main lake allowing the use of powerboats, then 2 smaller lakes that vacationers use for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. At the Hideout you also get beaches, tennis courts, basketball courts, softball field, play grounds, pools, ski hill, golf course, indoor fitness center, indoor tennis courts, indoor basketball courts, indoor game/rec room, hair salon, nail salon, art center, main lodge, restaurant, bar, outdoor tiki bar, and fitness rooms that are used for pilates, zumba, and karate classes. The Hideout community has 2300 acres of pristine forest, has gated entrances, their own security, garbage service, central sewer and water, and events nearly every day of the week during the Summer months. With three, lakes the activities abound. The lakes come in all different shapes and sizes and offer their own unique beauty to the community. Roamingwood Lake is 220 acres and allows power boating, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Deerfield Lake is 24 acres, Brooks Lake is 10 acres and both allow canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
